Come one, come all, to our children's Glow in the Dark Costume Ball! Dress up in a costume of your choice and come to the library to show it off! Enjoy a costume photo booth, snacks, glow sticks, dancing, and more. Registration required. ALL AGES. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult.
